contamination.
A total of 248 cases of the treats were shipped to distributors in 10 states. No additional Merrick Pet Care or Merrick brand products are involved.
No illnesses have been reported and there have been no consumer complaints for this product. The possible contamination was identified through routine sampling by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
