Kemba L. Marshall, MPH, DVM, DABVP (Avian): Currently, as a mentee, I have monthly sessions and these sessions are dedicated to both personal and professional development goals. As I achieve these goals, I have had the opportunity to serve as a mentor to others who are also seeking to continuously improve. And even that mentorship is what led to the invitation for me to present at the...[Veterinary Leadership] Conference.
