There is the older generation, Dr. Robinson explains, the millennials with a new way of thinking and Generation X somewhere in the middle.
Dr. Robinson warns that even though practice ownership and legislation are still primarily held by the older generations, if they try to maintain control and do everything their own way they will alienate the other generations.
