DENVER — The Colorado Veterinary Medical Association (CVMA) wants to know what practice-owning members are paying their employees.
Survey data collected by consulting and brokerage firm Benefits & Incentives Group is expected to generate what CVMA dubs the "most powerful and useful compensation tool ever published for Colorado veterinarians."
The six-minute survey, accessible on the association's Web site, requires information from employers' payroll records. Responses are confidential; only aggregate data will be reported, CVMA officials say.
Survey results, including breakout data by region, will be available this summer on the Web site. Visit www.colovma.com for more information.
