Kubtec introduces the XPERT 80-L specimen radiography system, with a 16-in. digital detector for inspection of tissue specimens and laboratory animals.
The XPERT 80-L is a self-contained, shielded cabinet X-ray system that provides high resolution, high contrast, X-ray images, using either radiographic film or digitally with the DICOM compliant DIGIVIEW 400TM digital imaging option.
The system compliments the existing XPERT 80 which is available with digital detector used for imaging biopsies and tissue specimens post surgery, oncology research, drug discovery, and other scientific and clinical requirements.

The product is easy to operate and its use reduces the duration of exposure to radiation for specimens, the company says.
Compact size, low weight and standard AC-power requirement allow the XPERT 80-L to be located and operated in most environments.
