DENVER - 4/24/06 - The American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) and the Ontario Veterinary Medical Association (OVMA) are joining together to offer an international joint conference in Toronto, in 2011.
The AAHA/OVMA Conference - Toronto 2011 is scheduled for March 22-28, 2011, at the Metro Toronto Convention Center.
"We're extremely proud to team up with the OVMA to host a premier meeting in beautiful Toronto," AAHA President Dr. Michael Andrews says in a prepared release. Both associations have a rich history of offering great meetings in Toronto. We're looking forward to combining our efforts in 2011."
Conference content will be selected by a joint program planning committee. Tentative educational topics will focus on small animal scientific, practice management, veterinary technicians and client communication.
The OVMA yearly conference is typically held in Toronto and has a secondary location of Ottawa, Ontario. AAHA/OVMA Conference - Toronto 2011 will mark the third time that AAHA has offered its annual conference in Toronto.
