Hagerstown’s Mid-Atlantic Veterinary Hospital announces grand reopening

Mid-Atlantic Veterinary Hospital is celebrating its grand reopening—back in business as a new Heart + Paw Family Partner Veterinary Practice. The grand re-opening will be held on Saturday, May 21 from 11:00 am - 2:00 pm at 1125 Professional Court, Hagerstown, Maryland 21740.

Festivities include a tour of the pet hospital, plus complimentary pet portraits with a professional photographer, a dog treat bar, Krumpe’s Do-Nuts, and lots of giveaways including a grand prize raffle including gift cards to local businesses.

With the practice owner retiring late last year, Mid-Atlantic was scheduled to close at the end of last July. Heart + Paw, one of the fastest growing veterinary care, grooming, and dog daycare center groups in the country, took the opportunity to step in to save the clinic just two days before the practice was set to close. Over the past few months, the Heart + Paw team has been upgrading equipment, installing new technology and tools such as online appointment bookings, and hiring a top-notch team of veterinarians, technicians and staff, all with the goal of delivering a best in class veterinary hospital to serve the community of Hagerstown.

The practice’s lead veterinarian, Dr. Brittany Cole, DVM, has a wealth of experience in general practice as well as in mobile medicine and will be on hand to provide center tours.

Mid-Atlantic is focused on providing stress-free wellness services, including medical care, preventive health care, surgery, diagnostic services, and radiology for pets all in one convenient location. There is even a pet pharmacy on-site.
