Bill Schroeder, senior vice president of InTouch Practice Communications, says veterinary practices always ask him the same question: "How can I get my videos in front of more eyes and commented on?"

He advises veterinarians to start with a topic that people are already talking about. To find these topics, look at what other veterinary practices that you aspire to be like are doing. Schroeder says pay attention to those other practices, read the comments on their videos and satisfy those comments and questions in your own videos.

He also says that if clients are actively reading your blog but not watching your videos, write a blog post about a topic and redirect those readers to a video covering more information on that same topic.
