NAVC Media to hold E-Commerce Summit in Kansas City

NAVC Media, publisher of Today's Veterinary Business, Today's Veterinary Practice and more, is holding an E-Commerce Summit for animal health companies in Kansas City Sept. 18, 2018. Speakers will include Mike Bassani and Zak Watts of Amazon Pets, according to a release from the North American Veterinary Community (NAVC).

Zak Watts, director, Amazon Petsassani and Watts will discuss the ways Amazon Pets is working to earn the trust of its customers and the healthcare community, how Amazon Pets has changed over the past few years, and some of the different options for working and collaborating with Amazon.

The E-Commerce Summit was created to help animal health companies learn more about changing consumer preferences, emerging models and best practices so they can maximize their own e-commerce strategies, NAVC reports. Other speakers include leaders from AskMyPetDoc, Chuck Latham & Associates, Cleveland Research, Packaged Facts, VetsFirstChoice, Vetsource, the Veterinary Innovation Council and Vorys Legal Counsel.
