Leilani Alvarez, DVM, DACVSMR, CVA, CCRT: I'm also Mexican, I have a background in herbal treatments. It's just something I grew up with. And so it went well with what I knew from a child and then mix that with my Western training and very scientific training. And I find that I integrate both, and it's exactly my mindset.
