Setting up the practice’s computer system was a major challenge. Dr. Hess wanted a paperless practice, so she undertook the difficult task of connecting 11 computers. The practice sits at ground level, but behind and underneath the building is an auto body shop, so wires had to be run up through the shop to Dr. Hess’ section of the building.
