Reward brave patients with a purple heart
A simple gesture shows your veterinary clients you care.

In an increasingly growing business, we feel it's extremely important to stand out with customer service and solidify our bond with clients. So, I came up with the idea to offer "purple hearts" to pets that underwent surgeries or survived emergencies. We ordered nametags in the shape of purple hearts that say, "I was a brave patient at Capitol Illini." I secured a special discounted price for ordering large quantities, so it only comes out to around 75 cents per tag. Clients love them and we love handing them out.
