The Queen was first infected with Corgi fever in 1933 when her father, King George VI, bought a Corgi named Dookie from a local kennel. Years later, on her 18th birthday, Queen Elizabeth received her very own Corgi named Susan, who kept her canine legacy alive by popping out numerous royal pups.
