Renee Machel: I know that it's difficult for most caregivers to put themselves anywhere near the front, right? What I want to challenge people to do or invite them to do is to sit with that and to consider the notion that when you do put yourself first, you will serve the clients and the animals and your loved ones much better and with less effort, because everything from us radiates, and so we can't give what we don't have.
