The following is a partial transcript of the video.
Jules Benson, BVSc MRCVS, AVP: It's what we have. I think as I look at our industry, it's commonly thought that we're behind, right? We're behind human medicine, we're behind other areas of technology. One of the things that we do is collect data. And so even in the short term, even if we're still using our fax machine, we can still use data to make better decisions. And so for me, that that joining of data and animal health, we can do really cool stuff in that space. Before we start using [artificial intelligence], before we start using all the cool stuff that's coming, there's a lot that we can do in the meantime.
I think technology enablement around communication, enablement around things like clinical decision support, where we start to see like some real uses of artificial intelligence. But I think that working with clients, like our ability to communicate with our clients, I think that's still where technology has the greatest runway.
