Mackenzie Peterson, MSc: If you're a person who really dreads [the holiday season], I think it's always valuable to have the space to ask yourself, "Why do you dread it so much?" Is it the expectation of others? The traditions don't resonate with you? The people you're expected to spend time with? Try to sit down and identify what it is that really dims the light of the season for you.
