Dr. Lewis is senior vice president of practice development for Banfield, The Pet Hospital. From 1986 to 1996, he served as dean of Purdue University School of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Lewis also served in various ways for Smith Kline and French Labs for 10 years. He is a diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Pathologists and received his veterinary degree in 1965 from Glasgow University.
Dr. Lewis is a noted speaker and author. He has taught at the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine and Purdue.
