2009 Year in Review
Maryland-based veterinarian Marcella Bonner is using eBay as a way to fight pet overpopulation. In fact, she auctioned off spay/neuter surgeries. She reports getting some 50,000 hits so far on just about 100 auctions. The motive, she says, is not monetary, but to shed light on the problem of pet overpopulation and the importance of sterilization. Go to DVM auctions spay/neuter surgeries.
