2009 Year in Review

With a goal of fighting identity theft, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) issued a series of deadlines and delays regarding implementation and enforcement of its Red Flags Rule. In November, FTC decided to extend implementation deadlines until June 2010. Check out Red Flags Rule delayed until June.
