SHAWNEE, KAN. — In an effort to further differentiate its Advantage product line from over-the-counter and international products, Bayer Animal Health launched redesigned packaging.
The new packaging combines a professional look, a more distinctive Bayer logo, and greater use of familiar colors and type to communicate the appropriate dosage strength, the company says. The feline products will be packaged now in boxes, similar to the dog line, to streamline the look of the Advantage brand. Both lines will continue to be offered in four packs and six packs.
The new packaging arrived on shelves in October. Bayer Animal Health will conduct an extensive communications campaign to announce the new packaging and familiarize veterinarians and consumers with it, the company adds.
The new Advantage packaging will be transitioned between October 2005 and January 2006.
