Philippa Pavia, VMD: [Bond Vet features] a lot of pastel colors. It [has] a lot of soft surfaces, things that are kind of touchable, smellable, anything calming, we want to be very, very different from the sterile surfaces, obviously, everything we have is fully sterilizable. But we want to go away from metal and cold metal tables, uncomfortable chairs, waiting rooms that don't have different levels of seating to allow dogs and cats to not be in line of sight with each other. It's all about being calm, and being very consistent.
