Matthew McGlasson, DVM, CVPM: What wellness plans do is they break the payments up into monthly payments that are really easy for owners to do. It also kind of standardizes it too. So when we really got a lot of pets on wellness plans, whar we saw was our compliance as far as what we recommend for standard of care wellness services went up 300% so huge for our clients.
