The Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine at Virginia Tech has welcomed home Katie Boes, DVM, of Laurel, Md., who returned to the college to teach this fall.
Blacksburg, Va. — The Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine (VMRCVM) at Virginia Tech has welcomed home Katie Boes, DVM, of Laurel, Md., who returned to the college to teach this fall.
Boes has assumed the position of clinical instructor of clinical pathology in the Department of Biomedical Sciences and Pathobiology. Boes will provide primary clinical service support throughout the year, and she will supervise and teach both veterinary students and residents in training seminars as well as laboratory sessions.
Boes earned her DVM from VMRCVM in 2008. She completed her residency in clinical pathology and a master's in clinical pathology at Purdue University School of Veterinary Medicine.
