The Area Lead Nurse will play a crucial role in guiding and inspiring our support team members through various developmental activities and unlocking added medical capacity in our clinics through advanced skills of their own. Each Area Lead Nurse will be assigned approximately three clinics to support, in addition to their home clinic. They will actively support the development and training of the nursing staff through various mediums and approaches.
