Dawn Burdette, executive director of sales, leadership and development at Henry Schein Animal Health, says you need to bring people to your practice with certain attributes that will enhance your business.
Once you hire the right people, Burdette says focus on their strengths. Make sure your employees have all the training and tools they need to go from good to great. Also, make sure you're motivating them, inspiring them and treating them with equity.
