Try again. Hypercalcemia in Addison's disease tends to be mild, unlike what we are seeing in Harley's case. So, while we can't rule it out yet, it shouldn't be at the top of the differential list. As for fungal disease, this needs to be assessed based on the prevalence of these diseases in your area.
