Excellent. Roxy's biopsy results indicate an inflammatory component to her GI disease, so treatment with prednisone is appropriate. Some specialists think that lymphangiectasia is a variant of IBD. Combining prednisone (1 mg/kg given orally b.i.d.) with a fat-restricted, high-quality diet is the best initial plan for Roxy.
