Mary Beth LaBee: It’s the connection that I get with the owners. Dogs are my favorite animal. I love all animals but dogs are, by far, my favorite. I have very many boyfriends and best friends. All the boys are my boyfriends, and all the girls are my best friends. But I connect with the owners on a different level, pretty much [more] than any other CSR in our building. They kind of feel like they’re coming to see someone that they know, but I’ve been there for a really long time.
