Below is the interview transcript
Christopher Pachel, DVM, DACVB, CABC: So there's a lot that we need to cover within that appointment. And of course, when we're thinking about the behavioral aspects of puppy parenting, we're talking about things like puppy socialization and exposing them to an ever-expanding world view, while we're also trying to work through potty training and dealing with the very normal mouthing and biting issues that puppies naturally do, but we're also trying to balance that with everything else that we have to cover with vaccine series and overall health issues, and all of that information has to be balanced. So, how do we do that in a way that actually is heard by our clients without being overwhelming, and making sure that we're arming them with some of the resources for them to review after the appointment, as well as what we cover within that session?
