Shelter hopes to demonstrate that shelter dogs are awesome.
An animal shelter in New Zealand set out to show that you can teach an old dog new tricks-they taught dogs how to drive cars. Shelter workers built a special training vehicle and eventually let dogs take the wheel behind a car. By teaching the dogs how to drive, the shelter hopes to show that there's nothing a rescue dog can't do. For video of dogs driving cars, click here.
