Facility conversion: Take it to the bank

Deposit your practice in one of these buildings.

If you're considering retrofitting an existing building to house your clinic, veterinary architect Heather Lewis, AIA, NCARB says you could do worse than a former bank. Such facilities are often in prime locations and have features (backdoor, drive-through) that other buildings don't. You may just have to get creative with that vault though.
