Martin, CPDT-KA, KPA CTP, LVT, VTS (Behavior): [I] covered a lot of context in [the lecture], some just core concepts too, like considerate approach which is taking into consideration how dogs and cats perceive the veterinary environment and the sounds, smells, surfaces, [and] the things that they feel and they eat as well..so we take into consideration how they perceive the world differently than us, and then we try to create this kind of calm, considerate environment.
