Erica Brandt, CVT, VTS (ECC): I think this is a great time in veterinary medicine where we are really looking at work-life balance, and we're really talking about job satisfaction. I think building better relationships in our careers, building better relationships with the doctors that we work with, building better relationships with the technicians we work with. And so the idea of this conference, bringing professionals together to collaborate and discuss a common case, I think is an awesome step in the right direction.
