Rachel Teichberg, CVPM, CVBL: It's not that we don't love veterinary medicine. It's not that we've lost our passion or our commitment to the industry, necessarily. But I think that that love for work, that wake up in the morning and be excited to go to work, has started to fade because we have really just been struggling. I mean, the pandemic was hard on all of our teams. We worked incredibly long hours. We had more patients for many of the practices that they really knew what to do with.
