To err is human, you may have heard, and anyone who's spent time in a veterinary clinic with people and their pets knows there's a lot of humanity to be witnessed from all parties. After the fact, of course, many of these gaffes make for amusing stories while others teach important lessons in the retelling. We've asked veterinary professionals from across the U.S. for their biggest "oops" moments and in turn have been enlightened, entertained, and flat out stunned. Here are some of our favorites.
