An easy way to dry and store endotracheal tubes is by using lace card spools.

An easy way to dry and store endotracheal tubes is by using lace card spools. My wife does a lot of sewing with lace, and the plastic spools that the lace comes on have diamond-shaped holes of varying sizes, which hold the tubes nicely. I installed a spool above my surgical scrub tank to make the tubes easily accessible and allow them to dry without draining onto the floor.
