Prioritize your procedures in the exam room.

We train our technicians to prioritize procedures for clinic patients, so, for example, blood is drawn first and nails are trimmed are last. This way if the pet becomes fractious or stressed, we've gotten the most important jobs done. Even with the nail trims, we prioritize. The front feet are done first because these nails are most likely to be overgrown.
