Impress clients by creating clever cage cards
Show a little creativity with customized cage cards.
At the Small Animal Medical Center of Mountain Home in Mountain Home, Idaho, team members create personalized cage cards for each patient by dressing up plain index cards with stickers and other scrapbook supplies. They then laminate the cards and reuse them during future visits. "Clients appreciate the extra care," says associate Dr. Ruth Schmidtchen.
