Charles D. McMillan, DVM: All of my presentations are distinctive, but complimentary, so there's a broad applicability for all of them. I crafted them...with a wide audience in mind, and so all of them, but particularly the [talk] on diversity, and the [talk] 'Addressing the Concerns of the Dwindling Veterinary Workforce,' I want to be viewed as kind of a snapshot in time.
