Christopher Pachel, DVM, DACVB, CABC: This [lecture] is all jam-packed with practical tips. It's basically walking through those questions that we get as practitioners where the client...says, 'I'm thinking about adding an animal,' and we get to be proactive about it. Or, perhaps they call up and say, 'Hey, I just added a new animal, I need an appointment for a [veterinary check].'
