Temple Grandin, PhD, MS: I hope that when [the attendees] go back and work with animals, they'll have insights . . . to work with the animals more effectively. I think people underestimate fear. Okay, an animal's hard to handle because it's afraid. I think people underestimate how big a problem that is . . .Fear Free fortunately that's taking off.
