The World Small Animal Veterinary Association’s Global Dental Guidelines address a number of myths and misconceptions about veterinary dentistry, says Brook A. Niemiec, DVM, DAVDC, DEVDC, FAVD, chief of staff at Southern California Veterinary Dental Specialties & Oral Surgery in San Diego.
