Oregon regulators keep licensees' information private
Portland, Ore. - The phone numbers and addresses of DVM license holders in Oregon are now protected from public disclosure.

PORTLAND, ORE. — The phone numbers and addresses of DVM license holders in Oregon are now protected from public disclosure.

The Oregon Veterinary Medical Board voted to exempt such information from public review by invoking privacy statute ORS 192. This curtails Oregon public information laws, which require disclosure of all licensee information except Social Security numbers and complaint details.
