He purchased a dental radiography machine, only to realize his associates weren't using it.
Rather than harp on them, he sent them to dental radiography CE sessions, which ended up whetting their appetites for all things dental. "They returned from the training not only seeing the value of dental radiographs, but also giving me ideas on other dental techniques and procedures that have since benefited our practice," he says.
