With just 2,000 square feet, Dr. Hess didn’t have a lot of room. But she squeezed in three exam rooms, which the practice now fills on busy days. She also wanted to create a waiting area with coffee, literature, and a TV, as well as large storefront windows to bring plenty of natural light.
