Photo package: Veterinarians combat the oil in the Gulf (part 4)

On June 7, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) reports that 315 sea turtles have been verified within the designated spill area. Two-hundred and sixty three of those animals died, and 41 turtles are in rehabilitation. Only three turtles have been released from captivity. This sea turtle was examined at the The Louisiana Marine Mammal and Sea Turtle Rescue Center in New Orleans.
