Punch-outs identify problem patients
Use this strategy instead of color-coding patient records.

Instead of color-coding patient records to keep track of problem pets (or problem clients), our clinic uses a hole punch to mark the records. If a client inquires about the hole, we tell them we use it to hang the card on a hook if it needs attention. This is a permanent, simple solution that prevents confrontation with clients.
