Here's a shorter, slightly different version of an employee survey designed to explore employee morale and job satisfaction. While this tool is certainly not a comprehensive assessment instrument, it can help identify critical issues that you might have overlooked. As with all employee surveys you distribute, allow team members to share their input anonymously with the same assurances that nothing they say will be used against them.
