Bridget Rollins, EMBA: Some...very simple rules to follow for self-care could be as simple as waking up and ending the day with gratitude, and that's literally before you get out of the [and] bed before you touch your phone. You just wake up and have 1 positive thought of what you're grateful for and then something very similar at the end of the day. [Ask yourself:] What is 1 thing that went well that day even though there may have been tons of chaos throughout [the day]?
