Grenada, West Indies- The school of veterinary medicine at St.George's University, in conjunction with the Grenada Society for the Preventionof Cruelty to Animals, has developed a veterinary teaching hospital.
The 24-hour hospital will be capable of accommodating up to 50 patientsand is the first animal hospital of its kind in Grenada.
The new building is equipped with two consultation rooms, an operatingroom, laboratory, kennels, and living quarters for veterinarians and students.It will provide clinical training for veterinary students as well.
